Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

• We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK addresses.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
• Express delivery may be available for selected orders and can be chosen at checkout where applicable.

Order Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Large & Oversized Items

• Larger products, including roof tents and awnings, may be delivered using a pallet courier service.
• For these items, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

International Delivery

• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at vehiclesecurity1969@gmail.com.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

• If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
• We’ll work with you to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
